Eventhough I had the two V-Wheels very lightly tightened, I could not get the spindle past the wheels. Instead I slided it from the top (as the bottom does not have the blue brackat), took the top wheel off, inserted the spindle and re-mounted the top wheel.

After two days stuck with the fan. Almost there but the fan has a plug on that goes somewhere and I have no idea where.
Holes on the main power supply did not fully align. I just drilled the holes a little bigger.
Tried to pull the wires through by taping them to the belt but it did not work. I push one by one and it worked better. Not that easy this part!
Newer version Z-Knob does not make provision for the nut insert. Only two grub screws.
